App lets you watch video of Conrad Murray - Michael Jackson trial

For those so obsessed with the trial of Conrad Murray that even getting up to use the restroom will interfere with your viewing time, worry not: Now you can take the trial in with you.
Fox Television Stations has just released the Michael Jackson Doctor Trial App, a mini media center for the iPhone and iPad and Android devices. The app includes live video of the trial proceedings, recorded local news segments, photo galleries and biographies of those involved.
The iPhone version, priced at 99 cents, has found rather striking initial success, rising to No. 75 on the list of the hottest selling for-pay apps -- and No. 1 among for-pay news apps.
Among live video the app showed Tuesday was an exhibit of Jackson’s last-ever rehearsal June 24, 2010, the day before he died. The performance took place at the Staples Center, during which the casually-dressed 50-year-old singer sang a rendition of his ‘EarthSong.’ The live video feed is provided by Los Angeles’ KTTV Fox 11.
The video can be somewhat spotty, depending on the strength of your Internet connection or wireless network.
