Roger Clemens isn’t ‘in’ Mindy McCready‘s new sex tape, if by ‘in’ you mean ‘on camera, naked and stuff.’ But he is there in spirit, Fox411 reports, as the country singer and ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’ alum shares recollections from her alleged 10-year affair with the former Red Sox pitcher.

Her big dish: Though she was young when they met, she says they didn’t have sex until she was of legal age. She also says that the man nicknamed ‘the Rocket’ had quite a bit of trouble, um, achieving liftoff.

Oh yeah, she also says ex-fiance Dean Cain swings a bigger bat than Clemens, and tags Oprah Winfrey‘s advice about domestic violence as racist, according to Fox411.

The tape, released the new-fashioned way through porn producer Vivid Entertainment, the company that recently winked at ‘Octomom’ Nadya Suleman, features a triple-X tryst between McCready and a former beau, named only (don’t giggle) ‘Peter.’

The relationship between the singer and the baseball player became public in early 2008 ...

... when Clemens was being investigated by Congress for alleged steroid use; he has denied using performance-enhancing drugs. He acknowledged a long-term relationship but said it wasn’t sexual. In June of that year, McCready was arrested on a probation violation related to a Tennessee arrest for prescription-drug fraud. She went to jail that September for 60 days but got an early release for good behavior. She reportedly attempted suicide in December 2008.
Clemens is still married to his wife of 25 years, Debra Clemens, with whom he posed for Sports Illustrated in 2003. Roger Clemens’ lawyer said in 2008 that Debra knew McCready and knew she’d traveled on the team plane.

McCready says on the tape, Fox411 reports, that she never met Debra but wishes she had.

McCready, who told ‘ET’ that ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’ saved her life by saving her from an addiction to violent relationships, released the album ‘I’m Still Here’ on Tuesday. It’s the 34-year-old’s first release since 2002. She sang the title track during her stint on the VH1 show.

‘He has denied using performance-enhancing drugs.’

We’re just going to let that one hang there. Viva the visual, Mindy.
