Kate Beckinsale and her director husband, Len Wiseman, are getting divorced — meaning it’s over for a marriage born in the “Underworld.”

Wiseman filed the papers, and neither party is requesting spousal support, according to TMZ. That choice suggests a prenuptial agreement is in place.

Last November, a source confirmed to People that the actress and the director, both 43, had separated with “no drama.” The split had been suspected for months, and around that time Wiseman was seen on the town with model CJ Franco and without his wedding ring.

He and Beckinsale met in 2003 when she was starring as Selene in the first “Underworld” movie, which Wiseman directed. They married in 2004. The couple have no children together; she has a 17-year-old daughter, Lily Sheen, with Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” star Michael Sheen, whom she was with for eight years and still considers a close friend.

In addition to kicking off the franchise that revolves around dueling clans of vampires and lycans, Wiseman directed “Underworld: Evolution,” its second installment; the two also worked together on the 2012 version of “Total Recall” with Colin Farrell. Wiseman, who is an executive producer of Fox’s “Sleepy Hollow,” has been a producer on all five “Underworld” flicks, with the newest one starring Beckinsale, “Underworld: Blood Wars,” set to be released on Jan. 6.
