Crooner Pat Boone has quietly put his longtime home in Beverly Hills up for sale at $18.5 million.

Scant information about the off-market listing indicates that the house has about 7,000 square feet of living space, sits on a more than acre of land and has been in the family for 55 years.

Tax records describe the two-story home as a contemporary with two fireplaces, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Built in 1939, the hip-roofed house has covered patio space and a three-car garage. There’s also a swimming pool, mature trees and an expanse of lawn.

Boone, 80, gained popularity as a pop singer in the 1950s and ‘60s. He is also known for his country and gospel singing.

His television and film work has spanned decades and includes time as the host of “The Pat Boone Chevy Showroom” series starting in the late ‘50s, acting credits and soundtrack performances.

He wrote the theme song for the 1960 film “Exodus.”

Seth Perry and Jennifer Lopez of Nourmand & Associates are the listing agents.
