There’s a Sriracha beer — and yes, it’s spicy

Will the Sriracha madness ever end? The latest Sriracha-inspired product to hit the market is Sriracha beer. Oregon-based Rogue Ales will release a limited edition Sriracha beer in December, the company announced via its Facebook page.

The beer, called “Rogue Sriracha Hot Stout Beer,” is a stout inspired by Huy Fong Foods’ Sriracha sauce. And it even has a little Sriracha in it.

According to the product description, the beer is made from “Huy Fong original hot chile sauce and sun-ripened Rogue Farms ingredients.” The company suggests drinking the beer with soups, sauces, pasta, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers and chow mein. So basically anything you’d typically douse in Sriracha.

The beer also comes in a bright red bottle with a green cap, similar to the iconic Huy Fong Foods Sriracha bottle with the rooster.

Each bottle of Sriracha beer is $13 and available for preorder online. The beer is scheduled to start shipping Monday.

Rogue Ales also makes a Voodoo Doughnut pretzel, raspberry and chocolate ale; and a Voodoo Doughnut lemon chiffon crueller ale. Yeah, those are only two ales.
